I was extremely pleased to hear from my friend and fellow performer, Courtney Cunningham (Poofy du Vey) that both her and Tippi Seagram’s Happy Hour are confirmed to participate in the 2007 Edmonton Fringe Festival, August 16th-26th….woohoo…these boots were made for walking!

On November 12th my blog counter stopped..for no apparent reason other than it felt that a stop at 6900 was somehow significant…in comedy, timing is everything…well done computer!

News on the Tippi Front…Once the Canadian Comedy Award’s wrapped up Tippi has been busy with corporate bookings..running the gamut from men’s nights to female retreats and everything in between….there is also word that Part Two of the Tippi ‘Terror in the Audience’ Trilogy……Who’s Afraid of Tippi Seagram?  will be on it’s legs this February.

As for her mundane alter ego, Colette.  Well I’ve been busy myself performing stand-up throughout Southern Ontario…highlights..I did a fundraiser in Sault Ste. Marie with the fabulously funny  Mr. Kenny Robinson…we spent 16 hours in a car together and the man entertained me non-stop….I booked another commercial, this one is an infomercial for Roger’s Home Phone and should be airing shortly…I’ve auditioned for numerous parts including ‘zombie mom’ in George Romero’s new film, Diary of the Dead, plague lady that gives the flu to everyone and the wife of the guy whose having erectile dysfunction in the new Cialis ads..I’ll be headlining Club 54 in Dec and I’m looking forward to an upcoming Corporate Christmas Party that I’m doing with my favourite bud’s Shannon Bell and Bill Davern…even John get’s to do a spot!..there’s no accounting for taste!….but the night should be a blast!
